This dehydrated sweet corn makes a great tasting side dish because it tastes fresh off the cob!  Add to your favorite soups, casseroles or any recipe that calls for corn in its ingredient list. A delicious vegetable to include in your long-term food storage.  It is drier and requires longer soaking and simmering.

Shelf Life:  Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store up to 20 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.
Directions:   Add 1/4 cup dehydrated sweet corn and 3/4 cups of water for each serving.  May be simmered for 20 minutes on low heat.  To reconstitute for later use cover with water and store in refrigerator.  Due to extreme drying may take longer to cook.  Drain and season.
