Â For tomato paste, just add more powder until you get the consistency you desire. Â Add a little (or a lot) of tomato powder to your soups, stews, or other dishes to add the smooth texture of creamy tomato sauce to your meal. Â Use what you need, and store the rest for later.
STORAGE NOTE: Â Tomato powder likes to absorb moisture, so store in a dry place. Â You can place a small, mesh bag of white rice in the top of the container once opened to help it maintain its dry form.
